I made my appointment a couple of months ago! So I forgot, because I got busy and I had personal problems w my family i thought it was september 19th my appointment, but was 16, so I called and I told her, I made a mistake and no one called me to confirm and i didn't receive any message in my phone or email to remind the day!
So they sent a confirmation message today because I called!
I asked if I can reschedule my appointment again and They have appointment for me just for February next year and I have to pay again if I want a new appointment!
So I came here to talk about customer service!
I have business here, nobody left my business unhappy!
I don't care about my money! money comes and goes, the treatment will stay forever!
I'll find other place to help me for sure!

I stumbled upon Dr. Alex's IG a few months ago and saw the euphoria all of his patients experienced after his adjustments. I was skeptical, but finally took the plunge and made an appointment. Today I had my first adjustment with Dr. Alex and to say the relief I felt was magical, would be an understatement. Coming from an athletic background and a career as a professional dancer, I've long struggled with injuries and pain in my body that I figured was just part of the sports career journey. I always thought I couldn't crack and was too far locked, but I was mistaken. Dr. Alex was able to immediately crack loose many areas throughout my body where I had learned to live with the ache. I've been seeing different chiropractors for 20+ years now, and I've never felt as good as I do when I leave Dr. Alex after an adjustment. His "ring dinger" adjustment is the best thing I've ever experienced and makes you feel immediately better and totally relaxed.
At my first appointment, the first thing Dr. Alex did was have X-rays taken, which no other chiropractors had done in at least 15 years. He was able to pinpoint the issues in my shoulder that have been plaguing me fir YEARS and discuss a plan to fix it.
